standard 8-lane all-weather track, itself enclosing a pitch used by Grantham Town FC plus most of the Field events. Over the years the stadium has hosted high-level competition and is frequently used for school and county competitions.
Between the track and the far-side stand are the long-jump and triple-jump areas. The whole stadium can be floodlit.
Toilets, changing and showers, medical room, athletic club office and refreshment area are located in the main stand. Toilets are also available under the far-side stand.
Our membership stands at almost 200, mostly the younger age groups. We
compete in several leagues, summer and winter and offer comprehensive
coaching and training facilities in Track and Field, Cross Country and
Road Running.
